Mir wurde ein C-Klasse Mercedes laut Beschreibung und Gutachten mit Schiebedach, Ledersitzen und LED-Scheinwerfern verkauft. Bekommen habe ich kein Schiebedach, Stoffsitze und Halogen-Scheinwerfer.
Aussage von Autorola.be: "Falsche Beschreibungen können passieren, Schadensersatz bieten wir aber nicht an und nehmen das Fahrzeug auch nicht zurück". Somit bleibt als Käufer bei Autorola nur der teure Rechtsweg!
Fazit: Besser in anderen Ländern kaufen - Autorola Belgien ist nicht daran interessiert kundenorientiert zu arbeiten oder sich an Gesetze oder auch nur die eigenen Geschäftsbedingungen zu halten.

I was a C-Class Mercedes according to the description and opinions sold with sunroof, leather seats and LED headlights. I have no sunroof, cloth seats and halogen headlights.
Statement by Autorola.be: "Wrong descriptions can happen, but we do not offer compensation and we do not take the vehicle back". Thus, as a buyer at Autorola only the expensive legal remedy!
Conclusion: Better buy in other countries - Autorola Belgium is not interested in customer-oriented work or to comply with laws or even their own terms and conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M'a vendu un véhicule avec une énorme fuite au niveau de la boîte à vitesse, pas précisé dans l'annonce ce qui est logique étant donné qu'ils ont des miliers de véhicule. Après contact, pas de solution à l'amiable possible.
De plus, ils revendent les véhicules de chez Arval, Alphabet, ALD, toutes les sociétés de leasing, mais en rajoutant 250 euros en plus que sur les sites mêmes, et 500 euros de frais administratif + livraison.
Un peu cher étant donné que je peux acheter les mêmes véhicules sur les autres sites directement. Et aucun suivi au niveau de la livraison et encore moins après livraison suite aux vices cachés.
En gros, à décommander totalement, c'est un intermédiaire qui prend sa part mais qui n'assume pas quant il y a des problèmes.
Sold me a vehicle with a huge leak at the gearbox, not specified in the ad which makes sense since they have thousands of vehicles. After contact, no amicable solution possible.
In addition, they resell vehicles from Arval, Alphabet, ALD, all leasing companies, but by adding 250 euros more than on the same sites, and 500 euros of administrative costs + delivery.
A bit pricey since I can buy the same vehicles on other sites directly. And no follow-up at the delivery level and even less after delivery due to hidden defects.
Basically, to cancel completely, it is an intermediary who takes his part but who does not assume when there are problems.

Description stated that the car had leather seats, sunroof and LED-headlights but none of this equipments have been there. I just hired a lawyer - the only way those people may understand
