Pas beaucoup de km parcourus encore, mais pour ce qui est de la transaction, impeccable. A bien pris le temps d'expliquer les conditions de la garantie (membre traxxio), ce qu'ils ne font pas tous. Globalement satisfait ?
Seller available, sympathetic. Answer the questions, is reassuring. Not disappointed with my purchase so far. Not a lot of km driven yet, but in terms of the transaction, impeccable. Took the time to explain the warranty conditions (traxxio member), which not all of them do. Overall satisfied ?

Après plusieurs appels ou nous avions comme réponse, " oui, je vous la poste lundi" , " Désolé, on a oublié, on vous envoie la pièce demain " .... nous n'avons toujours rien !et plus de nouvelle ! Très décevant !
We are always waiting for a new part to replace the defective one during our purchase. It was supposed to reach us by mail. After several calls where we had as an answer, "yes, I will mail you on Monday", "Sorry, we forgot, we send you the part tomorrow" .... we still have nothing! And more news! Very disappointing !
