 Abusive price compared to green taxi and others. Ex: 48 vs 72 for the same trip, same service. + error on price / km counter! The last one for me.

Pour ce prix là, offrez-moi au moins de quoi me désaltérer durant le trajet !! Je me réjouis de faire votre publicité ...
A gunshot for a race from Zaventem airport on a weeknight at midnight!! €62.10 for a 25 min transfer without traffic to my home (Uccle)! An exorbitant and unacceptable amount.
For that price, give me at least something to quench my thirst during the trip!! I look forward to advertising you...

Price/counter abuse! Having to pay more than double the agreed price. Rude and aggressive driver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offered round trip service from airport to Brussels and later back to the airport again seems to be a trick: you pay in advance, and then they don't pick you up anymore. Do not use that service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One time is enough to ruin reputation and lose clients. Very not flexible. We asked for a bigger car as we have a baby. In addition of two kids- they said - not available. Next morning they send a 7 seater, but refused to use those additional seats.
