Pas sérieux du tout. When the bus does not leave early it passes in front of people at the bus stop !!!!! People who are not serious and who apparently have vision problems !!!!!!!!!! Not serious at all.

La société n'a pas voulu reconnaître sa responsabilité, ni n'a accepté de faire quoi que ce soit pour rendre le sac. Il a fallu aller sur place à Winenne pour récupérer son bien. La personne de contact s'est montrée particulièrement rogue et peu amène, que ce soit au téléphone ou en direct. Si c'était possible, je ne mettrais aucune étoile! Rude and not very honest. J'ai d'abord reculée pour faciliter le passage de l'autocar ; car 2 vehicules qui étaient dans l'autre sens refusaient de faire 1 marche arrière pour le laisser passer...ensuite j'étais à L' ARRET et bien sur ma droite en attendant que la circulation se débloque... tout ça pour faciliter le passage de l'autocar ... il n'a pas attendu que je redémarre pensant sûrement avoir assez de place mais il a mal calculer la distance et donc a tourner trop court en m'accrochant au passage...au départ, le monsieur très gêner c'est excusé et ayant des enfants à bord, je lui propose encore gentiment qu'il ramène les enfants et lui dit que je l'attendrai à la société pour établir le constat...Au départ, ils ont reconnu les faits, m'ont fait croire avoir tout arranger avec l'assurance, mais maintenant ils retournent leur veste??? Merci au chauffeur et à la société!! Grâce à vous, je serai dorénavant plus égoïste...je vous pensais plus honnêtes, on ne m'y reprendra pas 2 fois!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A driver from their company whose name I will not mention but whom I retain for his dishonesty hooked me up when I was VERY stationary. Spijtig voor de mensen die met hem nog hun reis nog moeten verderzetten. Just had a collision in a public car park with a very arrogant driver from this company. A éviter. Jamais vu un service pareil. Pourtant, j'ai souvent voyagé en autocar. Driver extremely unpleasant. Toilet car without water or toilet paper.
