★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rate it 4 stars only because of the public relations savvy, clients care, and humane attributes of one particular staff named Brian. The other staff members I've been in contact with are sometimes rather rude, crude, ill-mannered and exemplifies outright deficiency in the acceptable decorum required when dealing with customers. But maybe they only exude such negativity and improper etiquette when attending to me coz I'm black. If that's the case, then they are most definitely qualified as candidates for racial orientation courses. It will not only make them better people, it will improve the public relations prospect of the company as well.
