Nieuwe naam
De 12 concessies van regio Antwerpen-Mechelen gaan sinds begin 2021 verder onder een nieuwe naam: Auto Natie Group. Auto Natie Group bestaat uit 12 trotse leden ofwel afzonderlijke verdelers waar je als particulier of professionele klant terecht kan. Auto Natie Group is onderdeel van de Sopadis Auto Group, dat op zijn beurt deel uitmaakt van de D'Ieteren Groep.
In een snel evoluerende sector vol maatschappelijke uitdagingen willen wij jou een duidelijk overzicht blijven bieden. Door écht tijd voor je te maken, zoeken we samen naar de beste oplossing in elke situatie. Zowel voor advies, technische hulp of financiële oplossingen ben je bij ons aan het juiste adres. En door de krachten te bundelen, doen we dat vanaf nu nóg efficiënter.
Sinds september 2021 gaan onze 12 vestigingen door het leven als Auto Natie + de locatie. Het woord 'Group' maakt dus telkens plaats voor de stad of gemeente van de vestiging.

They have a really big establissement and so far their service seems to be good. I received my car this week for a fair price and a nice 2,99% financial.
I would recommend it. They seem to know what they're doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This garage sells cars from different brands of the Volkswagen group (Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat...). The managers are really very honest and helpful, even after purchase. Communication happens quickly via mail or phonecalls, and arrangements are made easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Broke down a mile from the dealership with major over heating, had to wait 45 minutes for the tow truck. The engine cooled down and when the tow truck arrived he said we would be able to drive it there with him following. When I arrived at the dealership they said I couldn't have a hire car because I wasn't on the back of the tow truck. They also said I would be liable for all costs as I didn't have VW warranty ( I do have warranty it turns out they can't see uk warrantys). After some tense conversation with the maintenance representative he spoke to his manage and agreed I will get a free courtesy car, but would have to pay for the repair ( which I could claim back from VW uk, found out of my own accord). When I came to collect the car 3 days later ( on a Monday) they had charged me €270 for the courtesy car. I tried to tell the receptionist that it should be free as I had broken down and she just looked blankly at me saying " but you had the car for 3 days". At this point i had had enough and will take this up with higher management. I'm also astounded that as the engine had been in excess of 120 degrees they didn't change the oils whilst changing the cooling pump. ( I think I'm right in saying oil breaks down around 120 and becomes ineffective. Not the VW experience I expect

Customer service non-existant, we were promised a replacement car if the service would go overnight but we were never contacted, not about the car being ready nor the replacement. Not willing to admit their mistake or show proof of an SMS. This caused us a lot of trouble. Not coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I am never going back again. The car was not even fixed even after repeated extension of deadline. The communication was very arrogant, tricky and unprofessional too.
This is how they returned my car after the fix. Duct tape trace is still on my front shield.
