Afspraak gemaakt voor onderhoud, dan krijg ik te horen een dag op voorhand dat er geen vervang wagen is maar wel elektrische fiets, terwijl ik vervangwagen had gereserveerd. ik wacht al ander half maand voor een afspraak en krijg ik dit te horen dag ervoor. dan doen ze ook alsof het mijn schuld is. nooit meer kom ik binnen in dit garage!!! 1 star is already too much! Made an appointment for maintenance, then I will be told a day in advance that there is no replacement car, but there is an electric bicycle, even though I had reserved a replacement car. I have been waiting for an appointment for a month and a half and I am told this the day before. then they act like it's my fault. never again will I enter this garage!!!
