★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aucun services après vente. Je souhaite changer d'auto école depuis plusieurs mois. Impossible de communiqué avec l' auto-ecole, ne répond pas aux mails, personne au téléphone. Même lorsqu'enfin j'ai suis tombé sur le patron afin de lui demander mon dossier (dossier qui appartiens au client). Il me promet de m'envoyer mon dossier mais toujours rien ! tres peu professionnelle, et extrêmement décevant . Autant aller en Flandre où le permis 20h est toujours donné par l'auto-école.
No after-sales service. I have been wanting to change driving school for several months. Impossible to communicate with the driving school, does not answer emails, no one on the phone. Even when finally I came across the boss to ask him for my file (file that belongs to the client). He promises to send me my file but still nothing! very unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. Might as well go to Flanders where the 20h permit is still given by the driving school.
