Maar ook nieuw, originele onderdelen zijn bij hun verkrijgbaar, gelijk bij de officiële dealers, maar dan ietsje aangenamer. Hun vakgebied is niet beperkt tot verkoop van onderdelen, alsook aankoop/verkoop wagens, banden, takeldienst, onderhoud en herstellingen met een geweldige team. Heb meerdere ervaringen hier gehad, wat vaak een nachtmerrie voor andere garagisten was met Italiaanse auto waar ik regelmatig moest aanhoren dat Italiaans rommel was, heb ik dankzij deze firma toch mijne liefde voor Italiaanse schoonheden, bij deze de auto’s dan, kunnen behouden. Ik ga zelfs een stap verder; ik ging met mijn Giulia Veloce (diesel) een officiële Alfa Romeo dealer waar ik een prijsofferte kreeg voor de distributieketting + onderhoud €2300!, kon ik bij AAG deze laten doen voor €1200! Jawel, op factuur (voor de boekhouding), jawel, behoud van garantie! Na 2 maanden heb ik bv mijn schokdempers onder garantie laten vervangen bij de officiële dealer, terwijl het boekje laatst door AAG was ingevuld. Hier en daar wat negatieve reacties, maar denk met de juiste communicatie ook die tevreden gesteld konden worden. Al bij al sluit ik af met; ik ben niets meer dan een klant bij hun, laat mijn inhoudelijke review niet naar andere punten lijden aub. Don't let their name fool you, okay in used parts for Italian cars they are No. 1 in Belgium! But also new, original parts are available from them, directly at the official dealers, but a little more pleasant. Their field is not limited to parts sales, as well as buying / selling cars, tires, towing service, maintenance and repairs with a great team. Having had several experiences here, which was often a nightmare for other garage owners with an Italian car where I regularly had to hear that Italian was rubbish, thanks to this company I have been able to keep my love for Italian beauties, with these cars. I even go a step further; I went with my Giulia Veloce (diesel) to an official Alfa Romeo dealer where I got a price offer for the distribution chain + maintenance € 2300! I could have this done at AAG for € 1200! Yes, on invoice (for accounting), yes, warranty retention! After 2 months, for example, I had my shock absorbers replaced under warranty at the official dealer, while the booklet was last completed by AAG. Here and there some negative reactions, but with the right communication also think that they could be satisfied. All in all I end with; I am nothing more than a customer of theirs, please don't let my substantive review suffer from other points.
