★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your blonde haired girl with glasses, working tonight 31/08 at 11:35 gave me 10 euros short change. I bought two bottles of water, total of €5 and I gave her €20! She gave me €5, gets the waters, and when she came back I asked for the extra 10€, and she says “no, you gave me €10”. She refused to give me my extra €10, for a total change of €15. I know this for a fact because I only had 2 €20 bills. I’m a tourist and went to the bank to get cash tonight and didn’t use the big bill until I had to, for emergency water.
Either she is trying to steal, or she is so tired she doesn’t know what She is doing.
Unacceptable that you steal from customers.
I will be back to demand my extra €10.
