Appalling!! Went here for an evening meal with my husband and 3 children on saturday 26th August '17. Sat down at 17:10 , ordered our drinks and meal and was still waiting for our meal at 18:30. When you have a hungry 18 month old toddler this is no laughing matter. A friendly Belgium couple on the next table said this was really bad service and we should find out where our order was. Speaking to a member of staff, she said it was on its way. 18:40 it arrived. It was really poor - my omlette was full of pepper and looked like it had been cooked in a dirty frying pan. My husbands Croque Madame the egg yolks were solid and also cooked in the same dirty fat. Black burnt bits on it , and the actual sandwich was not edible. Our toddler spat her cheese and ham sandwich out and couldn't be consolled at that point. I think the cheese they used in both sandwiches was like a cheap cheese spread, it was very sticky, pastey and very unpleasant - not what we'd tried in numerous restaurants over the years. My sons 1/2 chicken was also coated in copious amounts of pepper and was more the size of a sparrow. Luckily my daughter enjoyed her dish of ham pasta. I went in search of the manager, who first denied we'd been waiting as long as we had. Then he produced a docket with our order on it which said we'd ordered it at 17:38, i said his waiter must have forgotten to put it through. Then he started to shout and called me a liar, i asked him to talk to the Belgium couple near us and he point blank refused. When i asked for a discount on our bill, he started screaming that all tourists are disgusting, we all want to not pay our bill, he has had many disgusting tourists not want to pay. I suggested it is his restaurant rather than the disgusting tourists. He tried very hard to intimidate me and one staff member , could well have been his wife - even grabbed my arm to push me out the restaurant (she later apologised when she realised i was trying to pay before leaving) So for all you hungry visitors to Mol, be warned your disgusting business is not welcome at this restaurant!! Can't say I'd recommend the food either.

Good spacious place to spend evening. Drinks were average. Service was good.
