Aujourd'hui j'ai été chercher mon colis et la dame n'a pas voulu me la donner car sois disant la machine était en panne.
Elle ma répondu " je ne vais pas fouiller partout pour trouver ton colis". Je suis partie sans rien dire....
Sans oublier que c'était un cadeau d'anniversaire
I have been a customer for years.
Today I went to get my package and the lady did not want to give it to me because, supposedly, the machine was broken.
She replied "I'm not going to search everywhere to find your package". I left without saying anything ...
Not to mention it was a birthday present

Does not respect reservations or orders. Archaic and poorly followed booking method. I gave up and I will never go there again.
