★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'apporte mon pc portable pour cause de lignes multicolore dans l'écran et après 11 jours d'attente pour un devis, rien à signaler dans leur chef et même pas une semaine après le restitution, paff écran noir !!!!! Pas très sérieux tout ça !!! Et en plus payer 24€ pour une mise à jour de carte graphique que j'aurais pu faire moi-même. Franchement à déconseiller
I bring my laptop because of multicolored lines in the screen and after 11 days of waiting for a quote, nothing to report on their behalf and not even a week after the return, paff black screen !!!!! Not very serious all that !!! And in addition to paying 24 € for a graphics card update that I could have done myself. Frankly not recommended

Il reviens la maj n'est pas faite… Profite des vieille personnes ne s'y connaissant pas et installe un programme pour utilise l'ordinateur a distance sans autorisation, met un programme d'imprimante qui n'ai pas celui de l'imprimante ne vérifie pas son travail.
Incompetent, we ask to update Windows. He comes back the update is not done ... Take advantage of old people who do not know about it and install a program to use the computer remotely without authorization, put a printer program that does not have that of the printer does not check his work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellente expérience...commandé un pc Acer spin 3 qui devait etre livré avec stylet...commande recue pas de stylet, site internet Acer pas très clair. Elles ont échangé le pc, recommandé le bon. Excellent service et toujours avec le sourire.
Excellent experience ... ordered an Acer spin 3 pc which should be delivered with a stylus ... order received no stylus, Acer website not very clear. They exchanged the pc, recommended the correct one. Excellent service and always with a smile.
