Quite a long waiting time, due to the fact the manufacturing is outsourced in Asia. In my case I had to wait almost for 3 months. But it's worth it, excellent quality for a very decent price. And welcoming staff!

H&M has better service. The first assistant looked at us suspiciously: “what are you looking for?” uh, you sell 1) suits and 2) shirts. What about ‘how can I help you?’ “Here we sell only taylor made clothes” - yes, it’s written outside - “Do you need the suit for a certain date?” - no. Having passed the first screening, we explained what we wanted and were shown two palettes of fabric samples, told the price and the assistant left. The whole interaction took less than a minute. It was not what we were looking for and we’re left wondering what was wrong with all the other samples on the table. It turned out that (although medium-range) we were shown the most expensive line in the shop. PRO-TIP: adding that you have other price ranges or just pointing in the general direction of the price list might help you make a sale (assuming this is what you want and swiping credit cards is not too much of a chore). So we waited for the second (and last) Maestro to be available. “I actually like the model exposed, but it is difficult to see how it would actually look on me from a small fabric sample” - I said - “would it be possible to see how the one exposed would look on me?” “no,no, we do only taylor made here, no, no, no”. He said “no” at least five time in five seconds and stood in silence. We understood we don’t qualify to buy in such an exclusive place. So, how do other taylors do? They take the fabric you like (the one exposed ,in this case), they gently drape it on your shoulders, in front of a mirror, softly whispering into your hears. But I guess swiping credit cards is so mundane…

Very nice place and very nice people. been there for tailor made shirts at first. Cut is really nifty. Been so happy with my purchase that I decided to try the suits with the same results. Advisable place

Ordered 5 shirts in July, after 5 months I m still waiting for 4 of them with no indication whatsoever on when they will be delivered. The shirts are made in China and are blocked somewhere in Asia. Pity, as the one shirt arrived is not bad. Customer service extremely impolite.

Despite the first positive impression when I made the order, the overall experience was disappointing. The waiting time was quite long, and when I came back to try the items, the staff had changed. The new staff initially tried to put the blame for the miss fittings on the previous staff. It took another 2 visits until I managed to get the suit close to what I had ordered. I realized then that the 3D cabin was more of shinny way of attracting customers than actually useful for getting the measurements right. Overall, it did not feel at all like a tailored made experience. Furthermore, the suits that I got are not even close to being the most comfortable in my wardrobe, despite being some of the most expensive...

Utterly Disappointing.... I rather chose a the wrong day to trust this Atelier ”on my birthday” in January. They promised to deliver all my tailored items by the end of February or beginning of March. It’s now almost mid of April and I haven't heard from them at all. I guess calling/writing to their customers is certainly too much to ask for and lacking basic courtesy/decency to call/write to inform the customers is definitely a way to lose potential clients. Never going back there again..#shabbyservice

Similarly to one of other review, my experience with Atelier Na is horrible because of supply problems they deliver the order partially and for the rest of the order I had to call several times and check. Then I've learnt that some fabrics are no more delivered thus Atelier Na promised to refund partially my payment. I waited for a months and I was sending the recall and reminders and nothing happened. Once I got an answer from a shop from Antwerp (why I have no idea!!) and another one - saying the the "Management has to approve the repayment".. this it was almost 2 months ago ...I'm still waiting for my refund. The worst consumer experience in my life!!!! I'm still waiting for my refund. A total disappointment. Don't go to this shop.

My experience with Atelier Na is horrible. Because of supply problems they couldn't deliver the order. Atelier Na promised to refund my payment. I waited for a month and a half nothing happened. I've sent numerous emails. I didn't get an answer from headquarters in Paris and I'm still waiting for my refund. The worst consumer experience in my life. I'm still waiting for my refund. A total disappointment. All I get is a thank you for the feedback (still no money back, over 6 months). This is very insulting to say the least. Don't go to this shop.
