Februari 2017: Vreselijke winkel, slechtste service ooit! Idem van mening: onbeleefd personeel. Ze verkochten me een product om mijn leren schoenen te poetsen, schoenen bij aankoop bij me, vervolgens heeft dit mijn schoenen verpest. Terug gegaan, ontkennen alles, zeggen de schoenen nooit gezien te hebben. Ze bellen zelfs de politie als je je gelijk probeert te krijgen! Oplichters, ga beter ergens anders heen! Na mijn recensie krijgen ze ineens lovende recenties, allemaal geschreven in dezelfde periode. HOE NEP!! After my review, they suddenly get rave reviews, all written in the same period. HOW FAKE !! February 2017: Awful shop, worst service ever! Idem: Rude staff. They sold me a product to polish my leather shoes, shoes when bought from me then this ruined my shoes. Have gone back, deny everything, say they never saw the shoes. They even call the police if you try to be right! Scammers, better go elsewhere! After my review, they suddenly get rave reviews, all written in the same period. HOW FAKE !!

Awel, ik wist niet dat het enigzins mogelijk was om van oude, half versleten lederen schoenen, bijna compleet nieuwe te maken. Proficiat aan het ganse team en aan de zaakvoerster in het bijzonder, die bijzonder lief en vriendelijk was. Today I got my 3 pair of shoes back. Well, I didn't know it was a little possible to turn old, half-worn leather shoes into almost completely new ones. Congratulations to the entire team and to the business manager in particular, who was very sweet and friendly.
H	Helena Pynte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IK GA HIER NOOIT MEER Mijn gloednieuwe schoenen zijn door hun onkunde al beschadigd nog voor ik ze ooit gedragen heb en er was geen enkele vorm van klantenservice of tegemoetkoming hiervoor! Sterker nog, de zaakvoerder ontkende mij of mijn schoenen te herkennen! Terwijl er amper 2 dagen tussen het ophalen en terugbrengen van mijn schoenen zat. Daarbovenop had ze ook nog het lef om op een bittere toon te zeggen: “die vlekken op het leder zijn in quasi dezelfde kleur als het leder zelf, dus die zie je niet van ver”. Dit heb ik echt nog nooit meegemaakt. I NEVER GO MORE HERE My brand new shoes have been damaged by their ignorance even before I have ever worn them and there was no form of customer service or compensation for this! In fact, the manager denied recognizing me or my shoes! While there was barely 2 days between collecting and returning my shoes. On top of that she also had the guts to say in a bitter tone: "those spots on the leather are in almost the same color as the leather itself, so you don't see them from far". I have never experienced this.

Ik had echter 2 reserveslotjes en gaf die in de winkel met het verzoek om ze vast te maken aan de draagriem. Ondanks mijn verhaal over de prijs van de tas, trok de verkoopster een vies gezocht zei dat ze het zou doen over een week. Toen ik de tas kwam ophalen keek die mevrouw mij uit de hoogte aan en zei onverstoord: twee en dertig euro...... I bought a shoulder bag for €5 at the thrift shop. The buckle of the carrying strap broke off later. However, I had 2 spare locks and gave them to the store with the request to fasten them to the carrying strap. Despite my story about the price of the bag, the saleslady pulled a dirty word saying she would do it in a week. When I came to pick up the bag, the lady looked at me from above and said undisturbed: thirty-two euros......

J	Joshua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get a zipper on a backpack fixed, they first offered to do in within a week but since we were traveling they did it next day. They accept ecocheques but they refused my still valid paper ones as the lady claimed paper wasn't valid anymore (which is wrong) and that she has to wait a long time for her money with Sodexo ecocheques.
H	Hannah Hadman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful store. Brought in a pair of sandles bought on my holiday to rome. Noticed thet were a bit flat after a half our wearing and getting a bit scuffed. Took in to have a small heel added 18 euros (i was quoted few days ago less) collect them to see a black mark was on them. I guess from machine query to one guy to try rub it off but cant its obviously some sort of dye. I then ask can they recolour the spot but only if i lay another 5 euro. I say basically you ruin my new shoes and will charge me 5 euros more to fix them. I am then told not new well thanks for calling me a lier and runing my shoes. Will no longer be recommending
