★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonjour je viens d’avoir une dame qui travaille pour vous au téléphone, elle a été très désagréable et impolie au téléphone avec moi, je voulais juste des renseignements concernant les cours d’intervention social je suis choquer ? juste pour préciser j’ai remarquer d’après son accent au téléphone qu’elle est d’origine africain, juste pour information car je connais pas son nom .
C’est dommage de recruter des gens comme ca impolie en mauvaise humeur,
l’époque de madame Sarra qui s’occuper des étranger c’était une dame en OR.
Je vais faire une plainte contre elle.
 Hello I just had a lady who works for you on the phone, she was very unpleasant and rude on the phone with me, I just wanted information about social intervention courses I'm shocked ? just to clarify I noticed according to her accent on the phone that she is of African origin, just for information because I do not know her name.
It's a shame to recruit people like that rude in a bad mood,
the time of Madame Sarra who took care of foreigners was a lady in GOLD.
I'm going to file a complaint against her.
