★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het enigste dat daar goed werkt is de facturatiedienst. Abnormaal hoge herstellingsfacturen. Poort bijna 3 jaar en niet anders dan pannes.
The only thing that works well there is the billing service. Abnormally high repair invoices. Gate almost 3 years and no different than breakdowns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je echt niet wil dat je poort niet meer open gaat als uw leverancier een belangrijke lading goederen levert, dan laat je best je poort jaarlijks goed onderhouden door deze vaklui … én zo ben je ook nog eens wettellijk in orde !
If you really do not want your gate to no longer open when your supplier delivers an important load of goods, then it is best to have your gate properly maintained by these professionals every year… and that way you are also legally in order!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na informatie aanvraag, zonder afspraak onaangekondigt bezoek van technieker gekregen, met als gevolg torenhoge factuur (150euro verplaatsingskosten!). Na telefoontje met de firma wel in orde gebracht.
After requesting information, received an unannounced visit from a technician without an appointment, resulting in a sky-high bill (150 euros for travel costs!). After a phone call with the company, it was sorted out.

Après avoir demandé un devis de réparation en envoyant toutes les infos par mail, on vous envoie un technicien sans raison et sans vous prévenir pour faire le devis. Devis et déplacement facturés 300€ htva! Devis qui plus est hors de prix. Après avoir envoyé un mail de réclamation, nous avons reçu une note de crédit sans aucune explication. Ne pas se laisser avoir par cette société.

After requesting a repair estimate by sending all the information by email, a technician is sent to you for no reason and without warning you to make the estimate. Quote and travel billed at €300 excluding VAT! Quote which is moreover overpriced. After sending a complaint email, we received a credit note without any explanation. Don't be fooled by this company.
