β β β β β Very helpful staff, checked my requirements mentioned about my current shoe wear and tear and based on that suggested the best models. Never tried to push anything costly. There was a sale going on but the shoe that I selected didn't have the correct size and then the one that I selected didn't have the discount but they passed on the equivalent discount % on this fresh pair of shoes which was really commendable. They also have the fidelity program to join free of cost by which in the first 3 months if you are not happy with your current shoes, you can go ahead and exchange it for another pair. All in all an amazing experience. My first shoes at Asics but am sure am gonna go back

β β β β β I really enjoyed my shopping there. The stuffs are very kind and helpful. He has given me every information I needed and patiently helped me to choose proper shoes I was looking for. In addition, it is possible to change the shoes in three months for any reason.

β β β β β Wanted to swap (not even return them for cash) my ASICS volleyball shoes because they hurt me in my big toe(left and right) and the person didnβt even bothered to properly listen to what I was saying. Great shoes in General but terrible customer service/ experience.

β β β β β Poor quality and poor service. I have bought Asics shoes for 10 years and have always been very pleased, so I've had several pairs by now. Until now I have always bought my shoes at larger chains (not directly from the Asics store, but at Decathlon etc.), but this time I felt like I wanted to support the local enterprise so I went to the store at Toison d'Or in Ixelles in July 2021. Big mistake. Previously I used the old (blue) model of Asics Gel Cumulus, which were very good and lasted a long time, but since they were no longer in store the salesman recommended me to buy the new (black) version. He tried them out on me and made sure I had the right size. After two and a half months of NORMAL use (=walking, since I can't run because of a knee problem), the shoes started breaking: The fabric ripped in the same place on the left and right foot (so obviously there's a problem with the design and/or quality), and the rubber sole started to peel off. Never happened before with my previous Asics, and certainly not after just two months. So, I went back to the store, with the shoes in the original box and with the sales ticket. Of course, I assumed that it would be no problem to get another pair of shoes - I'm sure this would have been the case in any other store where I have been before... But no, that was apparently out of question at Asics Toison d'Or. The - quite rude and arrogant - salesman told me that they only change your shoes if you are a "special member", and if I wasn't a special member I could only get a 20 % discount on a pair of new shoes. Then he said that too much time had passed and that if more than three months had passed they couldn't do anything - then I showed him the ticket which clearly shows that less than three months had passed since I bought them, but that suddenly wasn't enough either. Also, he said that it was impossible that the shoes would break after two months of walking and claimed that I had been running, playing football or doing aerobics in them. I replied that no, I only walk, since that's the only exercise I can do because of a bad knee. He refused to accept my reply and continued "accusing me" of having engaged in football, aerobics or running (which, when I think of it, doesn't seem like a strange thing to do since the shoes are, after all, supposed to be made for running and not just for walking...). He also claimed that I was using the wrong size and that's why they were breaking, which is absurd since it was one of his colleagues who helped me find the right size - and in my opinion they fit very well). To be honest, I'm not going to be grateful for a 20 % discount on a pair of new shoes if the ones I bought broke after 2 months, I rather prefer buying other shoes at another store from now on. So, first and last time I got my shoes at Asics on Toison d'Or...

β β β β β REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. I ordered a pair of sneakers (30% off) that would arrive in 1-3 days. After one week I came to the shop because the sneakers didn't come. They said everything was ok, I just needed to wait. One week more and I received an email saying that my order was cancelled. So I came to the shop again asking for explanations and they say to me that this 30% cannot be applied to other sneakers because now we are not in "sales" period. REALLY BAD

β β β β β My experience was very good. The salesperson was very friendly, patient and helpful. Shopping is for me a very stressful experience but I felt quite comfortable. I've had Asics before but I'm still relatively new to running, so I had quite a few questions before I decided for a new model. Luckily, the salesperson was there to give me the details I needed, and I'm satisfied with my purchase.
