★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my cycle tour from London to an as yet unknown destination, I called in to ask for a replacement bolt for my pannier rack as it kept working loose. Within seconds it was replaced free of charge. Very pleased with this experience. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been to Oudenaarde many times with bikes. This bike shop is the best. I managed to break a spoke on day 1 of a cycling weekend. Ronnie happily gave me a spare wheel whilst he fixed the spoke and even opened the shop on Sunday just so I could pick up. First class service and highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Di2 battery failed on the first day of a holiday in Europe. The shop had to do a lengthy diagnostic (not helped by the Shimano diagnostic software) to work out that a cable had failed as well. They then stayed late on a busy afternoon to get the new battery and cable installed that day. Really great help and much appreciated. Would highly recommend them. Thanks to the guys in the shop - I would have been stuck without you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting Belgium to ride the sportive and then watch the Tour of Flanders. I brought my bike — but not the rear through axel! Disaster! Lucky for me I’m in cycling paradise. The guys at Asfra were my 3rd stop and they were able to sort me out! Friendly and helpful - great English and the shop had everything- thanks!
