R	Ramon Blok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Sony WH-1000MX3 headphones. Supposedly fast delivery took several days. No information received about the delay, had to call multiple times, Which was quite expensive(!). The headphones are great. Barely serviceable customer service, horrible delivery service.
S	Serguei Gavrilov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet te doen! I ordered expensive coffee machine to make present for my wife birthday two weeks in advance. After payment confirmation silence. I contacted them after 4 days and asked to cancel the order. They promised the deliver it exactly in 3 working days. I was waiting the whole day at home. No sign. Later in the night I got the mail that delivery planed next day by Dynalogic delivery service. Another day of waiting home. Again no delivery and on the website of Dynalogic was indicated that I refused to accept the delivery. I asked to deliver next day. Not possible, deliver canceled. They answered my mails quickly but cannot help. Not reliable at all!
L	L L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid! Fake discounts and poor customer service. I was looking to purchase a digital camera, when I saw Art&Craft had a promotion on the model I wanted. The promotion (200€ discount) was indicated to be valid for over a month (until 15.07.2019) on the online listing. As I proceeded to the checkout page, the discount suddenly disappeared. Surprised at the sudden change, having read that the validity of the discount is to last another month, I emailed customer service asking whether this was an issue with the website. 4 days later, the price having jumped 200€ beyond the initial base price with no discounts applied, I finally received a reply which did not even address my question.
B	Bojan Tomic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting for 2 weeks for the delivery, I was told the item was no longer available, so I changed the order and gave them another chance. After another 2 weeks (a month of waiting in total!) the item wasn't even sent yet and had no expected dispatch date. Ended up cancelling the order. I don't understand the business model here - let people order, then leave them hanging until they cancel and return them the money? At least I got my money back in no time.

You're required to pay upfront and then - what a surprise - you discover that your item is not available and shipping date "can't be promised". All the negative comments are obviously correct and legit. Avoid this store!
