Sommige artikelen lieten 4 maand (!) op zich wachten voor ze toekwamen, zonder enige communicatie vanuit Arseus. Zelfs na een mail met de vraag de bestelling te annuleren en het bedrag terug te storten, werd niet gereageerd. Teleurstellend.

To arrive before they arrived, without any communication from Arseus. Even after an email with the request to cancel the order and refund the amount, there was no response. Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté ma table de soins électrique chez eux il y a 11 ans, après 5 ans le moteur tombe en panne (réparation pas donnée), rebelotte le moteur retombe en panne, je reçois leurs tarifs pour me dépanner, 90 euros/heure +160 euros pour le déplacement. Je demande un geste commercial en disant que ce n'est pas normal que ça casse autant de fois.
On m'a répondu que 2 panne en 11 ans c'est pas tant de fois que ça, c'est normal pour eux. Les tarifs affichés resteront inchangés. De plus ma table est tombé en panne lundi et le dépannage était programmé le lundi suivant... Cool pour travailler une semaine...
I bought my electric treatment table from them 11 years ago, after 5 years the engine broke down (repair not given), reelotte the engine broke down, I receive their rates to help me out, 90 euros / hour +160 euros for the trip. I ask for a commercial gesture by saying that it is not normal that it breaks so many times.
I was told that 2 breakdowns in 11 years is not that many times, it's normal for them. The prices displayed will remain unchanged. In addition my table broke down on Monday and the troubleshooting was scheduled for the following Monday ... Cool to work a week ...
