★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to get a replacement bar for my piercing. The employee I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me find the correct items I was looking for and gave me great advice. They also speak English which was very helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for two friends of mine who are about to get pierced and the staff is very professional! They give you advice if you should do the piercing you want and also how to treat yours after doing it!
Although, don't forget to call for having an appointment with them because they're likely full and busy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there three times (two times for myself and once with a friend), they were very professional and also kind, they explain all the “care” part very well and make sure you don’t do anything stupid for the after care. I pierced my nose and I did the double helix piercing the second time and it’s perfect, no infection, no issue with any of it, I already had a few piercing and had a few trouble with it but not for those ones, I really advice you to go there, an amazing place, amazing prices and amazing people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a helix piercing in another piercing shop, this piercing was not healing well. Sadly the place where I got my piercing don't offer a good customer care, so I just called Arkel piercing for information, they were super friendly and gave me all the info needed.
Super customer oriented, I loved it. If I will get another piercing in the future, I will go to Arkel
