★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die van ons wilde een rekening openen omdat ze wat contant geld bijhad ... kon niet volgens een bazige ?medewerkster aan de balie bij argenta Essen, moest met afspraak, dan maar naar een andere bank daar was geen probleem vriendelijk ontvangen daar.
Ours wanted to open an account because they had some cash with them ... could not, according to a bossy aan employee at the Essen desk, had to make an appointment, then go to another bank there was no problem kindly received there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They've closed their ATM machine due to a robbery. It's understandable to a point, but makes withdrawing cash an unnecessary hassle. Cars also cause accidents, so are we going to close all roads as well?
Every other banking related action is done via an app or their website these days, so cash withdrawals are one of the few things you have to step in for. As a result, it seems there's only one employee at the desk at all times. Withdrawing cash shouldn't take fifteen minutes. It's just frustrating. Can't give five stars to a bank that isn't operational.
