Très didactique, l'agent qui nous a reçu n'était pas du tout avare en explication et prend bien le temps de tout décortiquer avec nous, donnant également plein de petits trucs et astuces qui font la différence! En 1h, il a été dans les détails des possibilités qui s'offraient à nous - alors qu'une courtière indépendante nous avait complètement embrouillé et était à chaque fois incomplète. Je recommande chaudement!!
Excellent service! Very didactic, the agent who received us was not at all stingy in explanation and takes the time to shell everything with us, also giving lots of tips and tricks that make the difference! In 1 hour, it was in the details of the possibilities open to us - while an independent broker had completely confused us and was each time incomplete. I highly recommend !!

Il y a encore des conseillers professionnels avec lesquels discuter directement et non pas via un fastidieux contact center, surtout pour des questions qui nécessitent une réponse rapide.

I contacted this Argenta branch to open a house loan and I had a very tight schedule to get my loan approved and they managed to get everything approved and processed in lightning speed. I couldn't recommend this agency more ! On top of it, their rates were very competitive.
