★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quand 2 ans et demi après être entré dans votre maison, vous demandez pour la cinquième fois à votre architecte où en est votre PEB (qui doit être terminé au plus tard 18 mois après votre entrée dans les lieux) ce dernier vous répond qu'il n'a pas eu le temps car il avait un important chantier à terminer mais ne manque pas de vous préciser qu'il lui reste un solde à facturer, tout est dit.
When 2 and a half years after entering your house, you ask your architect for the fifth time where your ILL is (which must be completed no later than 18 months after entering the premises), the latter replies that he did not have time because he had an important project to complete but does not fail to tell you that he still has a balance to invoice, that says it all.
