We hadden verschillende immokantoren gecontacteerd, maar ons beste gevoel hadden we bij Stefaan.
Door zijn vlotte aanpak en correctheid, heeft het huis slechts één dag te koop gestaan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beste makelaar die we ooit zijn tegengekomen. Eerlijke en vlotte communicatie, zelfs ‘s avonds en in het weekend. Aangezien Stefaan ook architect is kon hij ons ook correct (verbouw)technisch te woord staan over het huis dat we onlangs via hem kochten. Absolute aanrader!
Best broker we have ever come across. Fair and smooth communication, even in the evenings and on weekends. Since Stefaan is also an architect, he was also able to speak to us correctly (renovation) technically about the house that we recently bought through him. Absolute must!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben onze nieuwe woning gekocht bij Arch Immo en zijn heel tevreden met hoe het hele aankoopproces is gelopen.
Stefaan stond altijd klaar om onze vragen te beantwoorden, ook in het weekend of 's avonds laat.
Hij nam ook uitgebreid de tijd voor bezoeken en uitleg.
We zijn meerdere verkopers tegengekomen die glad en onpersoonlijk waren maar bij Arch immo is dit allesbehalve het geval.
Ons dossier was niet het makkelijkste maar we konden rekenen op veel vertrouwen en flexibiliteit.
Geen gezever, gewoon eerlijk en transparent!
