I	Ine Dehandschutter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Apple Repair Center -in Belgium-. Period. (hence their name) Have used it several times since 2000 and will never go elsewhere: fast, honest and working with Apple Warranty, so no unexpected extra costs.
E	Evandro Agostinelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are from Canada and we usually repair our Apple’s appliance (iPad,iPhone X, MacBook etc) in the official Apple store. A friend recommended us this store but we are very disappointed. The work was well done but the service is really unpleasant. The manager responded rudely and shouted at us because we were wondering why our repair took 2 weeks for a hard disk replacement and why our screen that was going very well had to be replaced ... (fall? Bad use? ). I recommend using the official service of the apple store.

And, when there is an emergency, the High Priority service (admittedly for a fee) makes it possible to recover a machine, even on some major interventions, in 24 hours (!). Mr. de Roover and his team are often very knowledgeable about technical and administrative procedures.
P	Pedro Sánchez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They must have lots of work... I arrive with a rendez-vous provided by Apple's support. When I arrive... no one was there. After some waiting, this lady comes and gives us every excuse for not fixing the laptop. First, that they don't service MacBook models older than 2011. When I point out that it is a 2012 model, she simply says, "those, we don't fix neither". Then she says that it would be 85! Euros just for giving us a cost estimate. That was it. Bottom line: go somewhere else.
R	Renaud Castermans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real joke. I had an Issue with my macbook pro and with the keypad + Trackpad not responding. I have been told that it was an issue with the mothercard that needed to be replaced, without any further explanation (700 euros!). I refuse and I have to pay 85 euros to get my computer back. I went to a non official retailer that made some test and replaced the trackpad that appeared to be the real issue. cost: 180 euros... I lost 85 euros and my time!
Y	Yannick Pape on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont be misled by the fact that this is an official Apple Reseller. The service they provided was far worse than at any apple store I have ever experienced. To begin, the lady at the desk was never friendly and did not respond well to my questions, instead being very arrogant. I had a broken Macbook screen (2014 model) and ended up paying 85 euros for an analysis which was never done properly! I asked them if, apart from the screen, all other aspects were working properly, to which they said yes. However, upon further questioning this "yes", turned out to be merely an assumption. When I retrieved the laptop, I found out that other aspects did not work either. I would have almost wasted 600 euros at this place! I would strongly advise you not to go here.
j	jonathan boils on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional and on time service. They do the job with a good end-result. However, hidden cost when it comes to the back up of the data of your laptop. They send you a mail 3days before returning the laptop asking 150€ to save your data even if your laptop is under warranty. This was not communicated initially.
