Si vous devez résiliez le contrat faites le impérativement par recommandé dans le délai stipulé en tout petit au bas du contrat. Le commercial ne répondra pas à vos email en espérant que vous laissiez le délai être dépassé. Le mieux est de ne pas signer avant que vous ne soyez totalement certain d'acheter. Pour ma part, leur pratique m'a convaincu du contraire. Do not sign any document in advance under the pretext of a provisional promotion and to cancel later. If you have to cancel the contract, you must do it by registered mail within the stipulated period of time at the very bottom of the contract. The salesperson will not reply to your emails hoping that you let the deadline be exceeded. The best is not to sign until you are completely certain to buy. For my part, their practice convinced me otherwise.

Ik weet niet of ik dat stalking mag noemen, maar ik vind dit een hoogst merkwaardige bedrijfsfilosofie, om mensen zo systematisch lastig te vallen. Wellicht is hun vraag of ik geen nieuw zout of onderhoud nodig heb, maar ik denk dat ik als klant wel autonoom mag beslissen of ik hen daarvoor contacteer of niet. Water softener in itself is ok, but I have been calling at least 1x / day by the company for years now. I don't know if I can call that stalking, but I think this is a very strange business philosophy, to harass people so systematically. Perhaps their question is whether I do not need new salt or maintenance, but I think that as a customer I can decide autonomously whether I contact them or not.
