★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They feel their responsibility regarding incorrectly delivered medication no more than that of a supermarket employee. Their response to me receiving the incorrect medicine dosage was "you should have realized that it was incorrect yourself". As if I was buying a bottle of cola??!?
