Ik stap over naar een andere apotheker die me als een mens behandeld en niet als een hond!! Foei!!
After 2 years of good contact and communication, Madam Benedikte has fallen through the basket!
I am switching to another pharmacist who treats me like a human and not like a dog !! Fie !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verschillende producten gekocht. Na advies van de HA mocht ik 1 bepaalde shampoo niet gebruiken. Product zit ongeopend, onaangeroerd in de verpakking. Origineel kasticket nog. Apotheker wil deze niet terug nemen of ruilen tegen de correcte voorgeschreven shampoo. Dit maar enkele dagen na aankoop. Triestig. Service beneden alle peil!
Bought several products. After advice from the HA, I was not allowed to use 1 particular shampoo. Product is unopened, untouched in the packaging. Original receipt still. Pharmacist does not want to take it back or exchange it for the correct prescribed shampoo. This is only a few days after purchase. Saddening. Service below par!
