★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over het algemeen ben ik hier een tevreden klant, echter vandaag een negatieve ervaring gehad waarbij de apothekeres van dienst onvriendelijk was, geen informatie gaf over hoe de medicatie moest ingenomen worden en zeer indiscreet omging met mijn medicatie; waarbij zelfs andere klanten konden weten waarvoor ik kwam. Dit zou absoluut niet mogen gebeuren, zeker niet in het geval van gevoelige medicatie.
Update: gezien de proactieve en klantvriendelijke respons op mijn éénmalige negatieve ervaring heb ik de score verhoogd naar mijn algemene positieve indruk van jullie apotheek.
 In general, I am a satisfied customer here, but today I had a negative experience in which the pharmacist on duty was unfriendly, did not provide information on how to take the medication and dealt with my medication in a very indiscreet manner; even other customers could know what I came for. This should absolutely not happen, certainly not in the case of sensitive medication.
Update: given the proactive and customer-friendly response to my one-off negative experience, I have raised the score to my overall positive impression of your pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had 's avonds laat een zelftest besteld, die ik om 16:15 had willen ophalen de dag erna (oudjaar). Echter zou de apotheek reeds sluiten om 16:00.
Ik had in de opmerking bij de bestelling gezet dat ze de bestelling eventueel ook in mijn brievenbus mochten achterlaten (in dezelfde appartementsblok als de apotheek zelf).
Toen ik belde bij opening om 9:30 had de apotheker de test reeds in de bus gestopt. Top service!
I had ordered a self-test late at night, which I wanted to pick up at 4:15 pm the next day (New Year's Eve). However, the pharmacy would already close at 16:00.
I had put in the comment with the order that they could also leave the order in my letterbox (in the same apartment block as the pharmacy itself).
When I called at the opening at 9:30 am, the pharmacist had already put the test in the bus. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife once bought a skin cream from them. After using it for one and a half month, she found that the cream was expired after 14 days from the purchase date. I went back to the pharmacy and we were lucky to still have the receipt of the purchase. The staff asked me to come the next day until she asks her boss what to do. On the next day, she gave me a new one with an expiration date after two years. What is annoying is that they made me feel like it was our mistake not theirs. They even didn’t apologise for once and instead the staff kept saying this is weird.
