Waar alle huisartsen zoals te verwachten vol zaten door COVID-19, kon ik tijdens mijn vakantie in Gent alsnog terecht bij de apotheker voor vakkundig advies na een valpartij. Er werd zelfs tijd gemaakt om te laten zien hoe ik het verband zou moeten toepassen! Een ontzettend aangename ervaring. Attentive staff! Where all GPs were, as expected, full of COVID-19, I could still go to the pharmacist during my holiday in Ghent for professional advice after a fall. Time was even made to show how I should apply the bandage! An incredibly pleasant experience.

We werden stap per stap goed geholpen en kregen uitleg bij alles wat we moesten kopen volgens ons voorgeschreven lijstje van onze organisatie. Sinds dien kom ik hier vaker en word altijd geholpen door zeer vriendelijke mensen in een mooi verzorgde apotheek. So, it’s the place to be als je in de buurt bent en naar een apotheek moet :))! We came for supplies for the first aid bag for our youth movement camp at this pharmacy. We were well helped step by step and were given an explanation of everything we had to buy according to our prescribed list from our organization. Since then I come here more often and am always helped by very friendly people in a well-maintained pharmacy. So, it's the place to be if you're in the area and need to go to a pharmacy :))!

Mocht het niet goed zijn was ik, alsook mijn familie daar geen jaren klant. Dus ??? Still a customer there for several years, usually fast friendly service. Not everyone or every day is the same! Ze nemen hun tijd om alles goed uit te leggen, ook al staat er veel volk te wachten. Er is ook een groot assortiment aan schoonheidsprodukten. En als vaste klant heb ik mijn klantenkaart, waar je dan puntjes mee opspaart. En dat is dan weer meegenomen, als men de puntjes laat staan, voor een extra leuk produktje voor mezelf. ? En gunstig gelegen. Very large and neat pharmacy. People are very helpful and friendly. And professional pharmacists. They take their time to explain everything well, even though there are a lot of people waiting. There is also a wide range of beauty products. And as a regular customer I have my customer card, which you save points with. And that's a plus, if you leave the dots alone, for an extra nice product for myself. ? And conveniently located.

It has a really nice and modern feel inside, hosted by young professionals. They take their time to give the right explanations on using the medicine as well.
