D	Daniel Levesque (Day) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment was alright, but rather basic. Lacking in basic necessities like bowls. Staff was rather unfriendly, even rude. Wouldn't give us a second key card, even though we were four people and paying 270EUR a night.

Parking is an issue here, so if you are OK with parking over 600m away in a public car park this is the place for you. Great view. Bars are good and friendly staff serving great Belgium beer. Rooms are basic, tiled floors so OK if the dogs have an accident... Bath room is tiny. BBC 1 on the TV so can watch euro vision song contest
T	Tamar Jivanian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is too expensive for what you get. The hallways carpets are super dirty, the room carpet was not better. We were truly disgusted. The windows seem not to have been cleaned for three years. The curtains disgusting and with big moth holes. The breakfast arrangement is weired but the couple running the breakfast area are friendly although clearly overwhelmed. We only saw the cleaning lady (which seems to be working alone) when we accidentally went to a wrong floor. The windows in the rooms are too small. No parking and they didn't seem to care at all what you do. Not even an advise of where to go for parking, basically: go find a place. The only good thing I have to say is the sea view and location. I will never come back here and will make sure to advise my friends not to. Clearly a very good example of not trusting what you see online. We applaud the photograph who managed to take pictures that are so far from reality. Very dissapointed but a memorable experience. We will laugh about it for years.
J	Julia Niemiec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room needed some painting. Water heater was leaking to the closet. Bathroom should be renovated .And hot water ended during first person bath. But for this price and for one night its ok . Good location but nothing more.
k	kaung zan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is quite strange. Never seen any hotel staff at the place during our two nights stay. No one to receive payment at the reception in the morning or in the evening before 7 pm, which they say there would be. Rooms are quite good. Bathroom bit small. Standard amenities are there. A basket with a million coffee, creamer and sugar sticks and there is an electric kettle. Windows and doors bit leaky so cold north sea wind seep into the room. I taped them up and the room was cozy and warm.
K	Kian Shokati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: A decent view of the sea Cons:The attitude of the staff at the hotel is disrespectful and rude. There is no parking space near the hotel. When we first checked in the rooms weren’t even ready! We had to wait 1 hour just to have our room cleaned, and once we went in several things were wrong with the room. For example. The door to the bathroom didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. The whole hotel had a bad oder. When we were down at the reception theres a was another family who had spent the night at the hotel and when they woke up they were all bit by ticks. After we heard that we decided that we could no longer stay and asked for a refund and left.
M	Mera Luna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked one of the Appartments with a kitchen in it. While the location of the Aparthotel is perfect, the rooms were not. I have never seen a such poorly equipped kitchen. The floor was dirty, the shower head broken and dust everywhere. For the price of 100€ per night, I would at least expect a clean room! I won't return here.
M	Michaël Bridoux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is completely old fashion. It smells old tobacco in the corridors. Paintings are dirty (except at the reception of course). Absolutely not quiet: too much noise due the elevator, people working and street. Double Room Sun are maybe sunny, except that in front of the windows, we have actually walls of the other building if you haven't the luck to sleep at the top floor. Cleanliness very average. In short, 1. pictures are more pretty than it looks in reality. 2. It's twice the price too expensive. 3. It's dirty 4. No free parking place in the area
