Het team van Animali zet haar schouders onder een eigen spoeddienst tot 21u en weer vanaf 8u30 ’s morgens. Vertrouwde gezichten met toegang tot het volledige gezondheidsdossier van uw dier maken het verschil. Buiten bovenstaande uren is het mogelijk dat u wordt doorgeschakeld naar een externe wachtdienst. Deze dienst wordt bemand door collega-dierenartsen die voor spoedgevallen bij u aan huis komen. De volgende ochtend worden wij in voorkomend geval steeds op de hoogte gebracht zodat uw dossier door ons correct opgevolgd kan worden.

There is very friendly staff and good service. They give very good advice and explanations. Highly recommended to go with your pet for care.

Super fijn dat deze dienst ook wordt aangeboden en dat dieren in nood voorrang krijgen. Controle bij de dierenarts verliep vlot, duidelijke uitleg, mijn hond werd superlief behandeld en we gingen naar huis met een fijn gevoel. Wij komen zeker terug ?? Super friendly staff. We were called well in advance to let them know that there was an emergency and our appointment had to be rescheduled. It's great that this service is also offered and that animals in need are given priority. Check-up at the vet went smoothly, clear explanation, my dog was treated super sweetly and we went home with a nice feeling. We will definitely be back

I called late, was desparate, they were so much responsive and caring - they took my little Cavalier immediately, respecting all rules for safety during the pandemics, they just did everything that a professional pet-care should do ! I highly recommend: they listen, they act upon the problem immediately and with highest professionalism, they help ! And all of this with a smile, relaxing you and your pet and caring for you both! Amazing clinic! Thank you doctors! ?
