You can go there in emergencies, but not recommended for long term treatments / checks. The Vets are nice and can speak English, but each time different Vet is following the case which creates frustration because of starting over again.

Facilities are very complete, very practical opening hours. Large team that seems very competent and extremely cautious about the physical and emotional well being of your pet (and yourself..) Can go there with or without appointment, but always call upfront to check the urgency with them. To be recommended!

I called in a panic as my doggy was vomiting, not eating, not drinking since 3 days and falling lethargic, and I explained the local vet gave up... the receptionist said she doesn’t have time to listen all details and decided instead of passing my call to a doctor that it is not important, she gave me an appointment in the next day. Fortunately I managed to reach another clinic that took us in emergency in the late evening - my dog was internally inflamed and getting intoxicated . The other clinic saved the life of my pet. In the times of Covid , under same circumstances, one took care, the other didn’t! My conclusions : regardless hard or less hard times, professionals will always act professionally, all the rest is wanna-be’s. And you pay for not professionals as high

We were clients for years but I am not satisfied anymore. It is a very expensive Clinique and I am expecting a better approach to the client. I have spent more than 500 hundred euros the last 6 months and when I called them for an advice related with my cat's health issue they told me bring the cat here and I couldn't reach them for an entire weekend. In my opinion the only thing that they are focusing is as much profit as possible out of a very heartbreaking condition for us. Never again ! Shame on you

It used to be a good clinic but unfortunately not anymore. I took my cat to Animal Clinic for about 5 years and the first couple of years I was happy with the service. For your info, I own a cat which can be very aggressive at the veterinary. So once a year, he is anesthesized for his yearly checks, vaccinations and nail trimming. At the Animal Clinic we’d usually have an appointment at 10:00, they’d take the cat, do the necessary and call me to take him back when he’s awake from anesthetisia at around 14:00-15:00 the same day. The vet would take the time to explain me in detail the test results and give me instructions if needed. But after the 3rd year, I started to notice that the clinic has become very crowded and the doctors were less and less accessible. For our usual 10:00 o’clock appointment I’d have to wait until 11:00 and my usual pick up time became 18:00 where I’d again wait for an hour to see the doctor to explain me the test results. In the mean time my cat was kept in his box for long hours and agitated for no reason, just waiting for the doctor to make time to see me. Besides, if you need to call them or send them an e-mail for a quick question or advise, they never get back to you and you’re asked to take an appointment and bring your cat. It was very disappointing for me knowing that they know very well that my cat has to be anethesized every time and that it’s nonsense to bring him just for a basic question. My conclusion is that at the Animal Clinic they’re working over their capacity, hiring newly graduate vets which change every year and the quality of service drops gradually. If you want an accessible clinic with humane vets that treat your pet according to his special needs, I suggest you choose another clinic.

Excellent service. We have been using their facilities with our small-size dog since 2018. The most challenging part is the communication. Only few docs are able to communicate in English. We were lucky to have one assigned that could explain well the serious complications with our dog. Anyway, the staff is helpful, friendly and understand when owners are concerned.
