★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mislead on the issuance of a Bankcard to pay local bills. It's a VISA Debit card, not a Bankcard, and the conversion fees are not favorable. Did not advise me of the outrageous $5/statement printing charge for the default printed statements. $25 initial deposit evaporated to $5 across checking/savings accounts by the time I realized after first statement and requested account closure. Deceptive. Use another financial institution.
