★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous sommes passés par hasard, en famille, pour des lunettes de soleil. Julie nous a très bien reçu, et chacun a pu trouver son bonheur. Nous repasserons pour des lunettes avec correction pour mon mari.
 We passed by chance, as a family, for sunglasses. Julie received us very well, and everyone was able to find what they are looking for. We will go back for corrective glasses for my husband.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'habite à 50Km de Bruxelles ; j'ai trouvé l'adresse de cet opticien optométriste en cherchant à faire l'acquisition des fameuses lunettes "Clic" dont la monture se verrouille sur l'avant à l'aide d'un aimant "néodyme".
Je m'y suis déjà rendu deux fois et ai été professionnellement accueilli et judicieusement servi par ces commerçants / patrons très sympathiques (Monsieur & Madame FISCH). Les lunettes "Clic" achetées chez eux sont originales et non des copies "cheap" ; l'écartement, la longueur des branches sont réglables.
Je retournerai là-bas si j'ai besoin de renouveler ma paire de lunettes.

I live 50Km from Brussels; I found the address of this optometrist optician while trying to acquire the famous "Clic" glasses whose frame is locked on the front using a "neodymium" magnet.
I have been there twice already and have been professionally welcomed and judiciously served by these very friendly traders / owners (Mr & Mrs FISCH). The "Clic" glasses bought from them are original and not "cheap" copies; the spacing and the length of the branches are adjustable.
I will go back there if I need to renew my pair of glasses.

The website has English translation, but when I called them, a woman who answered hung up immediately to find I only spoke English. I also tried to message them on website, but it took forever to send it. I should’ve not expected anything from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and customer-focused people. I had to change the progressive - and quite pricey - lenses of a new pair glasses because my own ophtalmologist had made erroneous measurements. They nonetheless negotiated a free replacement with the manufacturer. Thank you!
