★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte service. De winkel sluit te pas en te onpas. Zaterdag 13 februari 2016 was ik om 11.30u aan de winkel in Mechelen maar helaas, deze was dicht wegens onvoorziene omstandigheden. Vandaag woensdag 17 februari 2016 ben ik dan omstreeks 14u terug gegaan maar de winkel was alweer dicht en ditmaal wegens opleiding. En de keren dat ik er dan wel binnen geraakte werd ik koudweg afgeblaft door een erg onvriendelijke bediende die amper tijd voor je had.
Kortom - een winkel om om te mijden als de pest.
Very poor service. The store closes and ends. Saturday, February 13, 2016 I was at 11.30 at the shop in Mechelen but alas, it was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. Today, Wednesday, February 17th, 2016 I am about 14h gone back but the shop was closed again and this time for training. And the times I hit inside or I was coldly barked by a very unfriendly clerk who barely had time for you.
In short - a store to avoid like the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijk en professioneel. Ook erg vriendelijk naar jonge kinderen toe, ivm zwemdopjes. De kinderen mogen van de overschot van het materiaal een botsballetje rollen. Die kleine details maken dat ik 5 sterren geef.
Friendly and professional. Also very friendly towards young children, because of swimming caps. The children can roll a ball from the surplus of the material. Those little details make me give 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service zoals beloofd, bij niet correct passen van de zwemdop, zonder enig probleem vervangen door het maken van een nieuwe zwemdop. Met het advies om dit zeker opnieuw te testen, en indien nog niet in orde, er zeker terug werk van te maken om een nieuwe dop aan te vragen, de service zegt dat ze dit doen totdat de oordop perfect is, en dit wordt zonder veel moeite aangeboden.. top service!
Service as promised, if the swimming cap is not correctly fitted, replaced without any problem by making a new swimming cap. With the advice to definitely test this again, and if not in order, make sure to get back to applying for a new cap, the service says they will do this until the earplug is perfect, and this will be without much effort offered .. top service!

They gave me a comprehensive explanation when I had to chose new hearing aids. Whenever I have a problem with my hearing aids, I just have to call them to say that I’m coming and it’s okay. I would recommend this place!
