N	Nico Lauwaert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op de eerste mail en tel was de reactie super goed, de eerste afspraak op de werf werd geannuleerd 30min van tevoren, afspraak lag al 3 weken vast. De 2de afspraak lag 14 dagen vast, 1/2 dag op voorhand mailde ze er was weer iets tussen gekomen en dit voor meer dan 100m2 ramen, blijkbaar verdienen ze nu al teveel dus beter ander zoeken. The response was super good on the first e-mail and tel, the first appointment at the shipyard was canceled 30 minutes in advance, the appointment had already been fixed for 3 weeks. The 2nd appointment was fixed for 14 days, 1/2 day in advance she emailed something again and this for more than 100m2 windows, apparently they already earn too much so better search.

De plaatsers waren supervriendelijk en de afwerking is zeer fijn. Een aanrader! Super satisfied with our windows and doors from Aluvano. Very well guided in the choice of materials. The installers were super friendly and the finish is very fine. Recommended!

De après-service is ook ondermaats: telkens als ze iets kwamen herstellen, was er een nieuw probleem met onze deur. Meer dan een jaar moeten wachten op een herstelling die volgde uit hun eigen interventie, belden nooit terug ondanks belofte, enzovoort... Originally pleased as they were able to deliver quickly. Afterwards it became very clear that they work sloppy. The après service is also below par: whenever they came to fix something, there was a new problem with our door. Had to wait over a year for a fix following their own intervention, never called back despite promise, etc...
