Onze nieuwe alu-ramen hadden al meteen een stuk lakschade door een stommiteit. Dus gingen ik op zoek naar een lakstift met dezelfde kleur, om het bij te werken. Ik kwam een webshop tegen die dit verkocht, maar niet meer beschikbaar was. Bleek achteraf ook sterk overprijst te zijn.
Dus ben ik Alural gaan contacteren, die deze lakstiften dus produceert. Het was wel even wachten op een reactie van hun, maar ze hebben me vriendelijk geholpen en mij zo een lakstift kado gedaan.
Het is wel dus fijn om te weten dat er nog bedrijven zijn die een handje uithelpen en niet enkel uit zijn op geld (wat ik ondervonden heb dat in de bouwsector veelal wel het geval is).
Daarom dus ook deze review. Meestal plaats ik enkel een review als een bedrijf je (bewust) slecht behandeld. Dus is het ook eens fijn om een positieve review te kunnen plaatsen.
Friendly company. Even though I hadn't bought anything from them, they still helped me further (the head office, Lummen or Tisselt).
Our new aluminum windows immediately had a lot of paint damage due to stupidity. So I went looking for a touch-up stick with the same color, to touch it up. I came across a webshop that sold this, but was no longer available. Turned out to be overpriced as well.
So I contacted Alural, which produces these touch-ups. It was a bit of a wait for a response from them, but they kindly helped me and gave me a touch-up pen as a present.
So it is nice to know that there are still companies that lend a hand and are not just out for money (which I have found that is often the case in the construction sector).
Hence this review. I usually only post a review if a company (consciously) treats you badly. So it's nice to be able to post a positive review.
