Dus wil je ramen en deuren dan werk je niet met deze firma.
 We did our new construction home with this company. The materials are very good but the after sales service is non-existent.
So if you want windows and doors, you don't work with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze firma heeft alle ramen, schuifdeuren en buitendeuren geleverd en geïnstalleerd bij onze renovatie. Degelijk vakwerk en hoogwaardige materialen. Vooral van hun installateur Raf waren we heel tevreden; een echte vakman die zijn stiel door en door kent.
Echter één grote maar: dienst na verkoop is verschrikkelijk. 2 kleine probleempjes gehad met sloten van buitendeuren: letterlijk maanden bellen, mailen en er achter zitten, meestal niet eens antwoord krijgen, en pas na meerdere maanden ze eindelijk hier gekregen voor eerste herstelling en nog wachtende (en stalkende) voor tweede.
Dus 2 sterren is gemiddelde:
Kwaliteit en installatie: 9/10
Service en communicatie: 1/10
Dienst na verkoop: 1/10
This company supplied and installed all windows, sliding doors and exterior doors during our renovation. Solid craftsmanship and high-quality materials. We were particularly satisfied with their installer Raf; a true professional who knows his trade through and through.
However, one big but: after-sales service is terrible. Had 2 small problems with locks on outside doors: literally months of calling, emailing and sitting behind it, usually not even getting an answer, and only after several months finally got them here for the first repair and still waiting (and stalking) for the second.
So 2 stars is average:
Quality and installation: 9/10
Service and communication: 1/10
After-sales service: 1/10
