De verkoper en verkoopster waren heel vriendelijk en gaven ons een goede service. Zij hielpen ons om de tafel snel om te ruilen en thuis te leveren en een goede kwaliteit te verzekeren. Wij zijn nu tevreden over het product en ook de goede service. Echte aanrader ! We bought a table and 6 chairs there. Because the table was defective, we had more contact with the store. The salesperson and saleswoman were very friendly and gave us a good service. They helped us to exchange the table quickly and deliver it at home and ensure good quality. Wel onze nieuwe keukenstoelen daar getest en gekocht. Very friendly and helpful people. Very special style of furniture, not exactly our style, but you imagine yourself directly in the sixties. We tested and bought our new kitchen chairs there.

Het model in de showroom mocht volgens de verkoper niet verkocht worden terwijl deze wel van een prijsetiket voorzien was. Verkoper toonde weinig empathie voor mijn ontgoocheling. 2 dagen later was het stuk nog steeds in de showroom. Ik belde de klantendienst op, deze vroeg mij een mail te sturen. Dat heb vervolgens gedaan. Nooit antwoord gekregen. Wat mag ik uit de naam Alter "Ego" afleiden ? IK ? Mijn ervaring is dat de klant niet centraal staat. I recently wanted to buy an item but it turned out that it was no longer in stock. Seller showed little empathy for my disappointment. 2 days later the piece was still in the showroom. I called customer service and they asked me to send an email. Then I did. Never got an answer. What can I deduce from the name Alter "Ego"? I ? My experience is that the customer is not central.
