v	vanessa janssens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très décevant... des voleurs... on a fait appel à cette société pour faire un réglage de porte d'entrée.. les travailleurs sont venus et leur travail à durer 15 min en tout et pour tout.. bien sûr une facture de 90€ nous a été envoyée... le réglage de la porte n'est pas correctement fait donc nous rappelons cette société en pensant qu'il y a une garantie sur le travail effectué.. mais non ils me disent que si les travailleurs reviennent une nouvelle facture me sera à nouveau envoyé... il faut dire que ds cette facture de 90,10€ il y a 45 € de travail à l'heure ms ceux çi ne sont restés que 15 min... A ÉVITER!!! Very disappointing ... thieves ... we called on this company to adjust the front door. the workers came and their work lasted 15 min in all and for everything .. of course an invoice of 90 € was sent to us ... the adjustment of the door is not correctly done so we remind this company thinking that there is a guarantee on the work done .. but no they tell me that if the workers return a new invoice will be sent to me again. .. it must be said that ds this invoice of 90.10 € there is 45 € of work per hour ms those who stayed only 15 min ... TO AVOID!!!

Doe zo voort Alratec!! Fantastic company !! They make their windows themselves in their extensive workshop, they have their own installation service as well as their own after-sales service. Keep it up Alratec !!

Apres avoir réclame la dernière clé pendant des mois, il s'avère que la clé aurait été égarée... Disappointing service. Installation delays in relation to agreed timing. A window delivered in wrong color: 6 weeks of additional delays. After claiming the last key for months, it turns out that the key would have been lost ...
