★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habituellement aucun souci et bon service. Mais fin septembre 2021 je suis tombée en panne avec ma chaudière. J'ai donc téléphoné (plusieurs fois) à All Fa mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. J'ai laissé des messages vocaux, on ne m'a jamais rappelée.
J'ai donc une très mauvaise dernière expérience avec eux. Il y a sûrement une raison là derrière mais en attendant j'ai eu froid. J'ai finalement fait appel à leur concurrence et là on m'a dépannée 2 jours plus tard.
Usually no hassle and good service. But at the end of September 2021 I broke down with my boiler. So I phoned (several times) All Fa but never got an answer. I left voicemail messages, I was never called back.
So I have a very bad last experience with them. There is surely a reason behind it but in the meantime I was cold. I finally called on their competition and there they helped me out 2 days later.
