Allemaal terdege opgeleide Hatha yogadocenten met liefde voor het vak, vooral veel aandacht voor pranayama en de asana's.
Ze zitten over heel Vlaanderen, go check them out!
I first got to know Yoga vzw about three years ago in the Sportoase in Brasschaat and I was immediately sold.
All well-trained Hatha yoga teachers with love for the profession, especially a lot of attention for pranayama and the asanas.
