We are very satisfied with the whole: agreements that are kept, no "pushery" behaviour, thinking along and looking for solutions, very quick response regarding quotation, clear information, good follow-up from the administrative department, pleasant team of specialists who took care of the placement, after the team left everything clean, finished very cleanly, proposal for annual maintenance, tips regarding cashback and premium ... in short, an absolute must for us.

We already have experience with 2 larger companies that install air conditioning, this has not always gone smoothly. We are more than satisfied with the service provided by Alfa Thermo. The agreements made were carried out punctually and professionally. No additional question or adjustment was too much. Nils and his team are true professionals, who always think customer-oriented. The drilling and breaking work was reduced to a minimum and was also virtually dust-free. Our apartment was therefore left tidy. Also kudos to Kristien, who manages the administrative processing in the right direction. We cannot criticize in any way. Let's hope for a warm summer so that we can enjoy the work done.

March 29, 2022 ... as agreed in the autumn of 2021, today our air conditioning would be installed ... out of bed on time, because they would be there at 8 o'clock. 8 hours and what a surprise! † … 2 vans, 4 guests, heaps of boxes and machines and large equipment … our tomcat didn't know where he had it! (Luckily we were able to safely put him in the bathroom, so he only heard about everything, but didn't have to be afraid). After Niels had gone over everything with my husband, we put things out of the way where it still stood in the way and in the meantime the guests had already started where nothing stood in the way. Those 4 guests took over everything, much to the stress of my husband, the control freak ;-) … but the guests didn't care and did their job. So far the funny situations, now seriously: we are super content !!! Really, everything went smoothly, as desired and when they were gone, it seemed as if they had never been there. Everything clean and tidy, all cardboard and other packaging material had disappeared, only there were air conditioners in 6 places in our house and 2 outdoor units outside. Friendly guests who did their work quickly and smoothly, answered questions or gave some explanation, everything very correct and neat. Nothing but praise, not only for those guests, but also for Niels and for Kristien. All communication (mail or telephone or in person), throughout the entire process, went smoothly, nothing was too much and always friendly and correct. We would immediately choose Alfa Thermo again and when the opportunity presents itself, we will certainly recommend them to friends and acquaintances. That's how we ended up with them. Friends with a similar positive story about the entire process.

Super smooth and pleasant communication before the start and in one day they installed 4 air conditioners & 1 outdoor unit. And this without 1 dirty finger or anything on the walls. Their professional team works very accurately and neatly. Recommended!

When we wanted to have our air conditioners installed, we had contact with several companies. One of these was Alfa Thermo. During the visit we received a professional explanation from Nils and he gave us a familiar feeling. Afterwards we received the price quote and it was much lower than with all other companies. It seemed too good to be true so I started my search on google. When I look for a good company, I often base myself on good reviews. With the reveiws of Alfa Thermo, one good review followed the other. The decision was therefore quickly made, we wanted to work with Alfa Thermo. Haven't regretted it for a second. The communication is top, the work done is top, the price is top, the way the house is left after the works is top, ... For all the people who, like me, are looking for a good company to posted and based on reviews. Trust me, Alfa Thermo is 100% worth it!!

A fair and correct quotation for 3 Daikin installations. The 9 other offers were totally incorrect, unfair and too expensive for 'other' brands. Nils is very professional and knows what he is doing! He surprised me. Afterwards we spent an extra evening to agree on the exact places. So they stopped by two evenings before the installation without any problem. The installation today went well. We are already very satisfied with our air conditioning on this very hot day! A company that I can only recommend to anyone.
