This company contacts people about unpaid Proximus invoices, with people who are not a customer with Proximus. They treaten to pay the invoice, or they will get sued.
We called Proximus, they said they don't use a middleman for unpaid bills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys sound like scammers. We just received an invoice with a ridiculous amount to pay for a service we never used. They even mispelled our name on the document, wich sounds even fishier. Furthermore, the whole thing is written in dutch, wich is a language we don't even speak.
Be careful!

The reminder held next to the first document doesn't look the same.
I had to call the supposed initiator of this incasso to validate they were working together. Appearantly yes, but I never miss a payment for them. Perhaps I have overlooked it during lockdown ? I wasn't even overdue a month.
They're not friendly, choatic and inconsistent.
