Further action required to improve service :
1) open more tills as the queues are far too long. Then when it's my turn to pay I always feel like I'm just being "a number" instead of a customer (though personnel is friendly!). It's always RUSH RUSH at the tills ?
2) The parking lot : I can fully understand the reasons for having implemented the system of a closed parking. However, in my opinion using COINS to get out of the parking would be a much better option. Now loads of paper is being wasted...
