You call, that person is not reachable but will call back (they never return your call)
For payments they're quick to send reminders, but service is TERRIBLE
How hard can it be to run a professional customer service engages in customer satisfaction?
These people either lack a fit manager, or they're not trained well to respond to customers in a proper manner.
You guys are in need of urgent training, micromanagement.
The way it's going now is just terrible.
