★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shop full of unique and interesting gifts, lovely owners who certainly add charm to the vibrant cobbled streets surrounding the Cathedral. Loads of pick up and take home items for the suitcase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, I asked if I could have one of the three items wrapped because it was a present and, without even looking at me and in an awfully rude tone, the shop assistant said "No. No wrapping presents today. Sorry". I left without buying anything, of course. It's just unacceptable to treat a client like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is selling craps. My 5 year old daughter liked a lot one of the little toys there. With so much cheers I bought it. Not even in 5 minutes while walking to the center its mechanism broke down. Went back and we have been told that "it is what it is"... Left the trash at the shop and got out. Cheers turned into cry... Stay away of this place... I am trying to find some authority to complaint since this place is affecting Antwerp's reputation negatively...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fun store! There's so much to see. They have very unique items and lots to choose from. Would certainly recommend if you are looking for a souvenir or gift. The price is a bit higher though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful store BUT...
When we left, the shopkeeper came after us and accused us of stealing! We suggested to go back to the store and willingly emptied our pockets and bags. The shopkeeper was very rude, didn't care what we said and kept accusing us. Even after showing every possible place we could have put it, she didn't believe a thing we said and told us "There's the door" in a very snarky way.
In our entire lives we've never been treated like this! It's a real shame that a store as pretty as this is run by someone this rude!
